Aberdeen Veterinary Clinic strives to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible during these uncertain times while continuing to provide your pets with needed medical care.  The following is an outline of how we will provide medial services.  We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If you or anyone you have been in contact with have experienced any symptoms such as coughing, fever, sore throat, or respiratory distress, please cancel the appointment for you pet.  We will be glad to assist you with rescheduling the appointment.

We kindly ask our clients to follow the below requirements to help keep our staff and as well as clients safe during this transitional time.

All medical appointments will have the option of coming into the clinic or remaining curbside, following the following guidelines:

  1. 1 person may accompany their pet into the hospital for their pet’s annual exam or medical appointment. Kindly let our staff know at check-in if you would like to accompany you pet.  All clients must be properly mask and must remain masked for the entirety of the visit.  No children will be allowed at this time.
  1. If your pet should need diagnostics or x-rays, we kindly ask that you return to your vehicle while they are performed, this allows for ample time for cleaning and sanitizing and allowing our appointment schedule to continue.
  1. Curbside service is still available. Please let our staff know when you call to check-in and our staff will be happy to bring your pet into the hospital for their appointment.  The doctor will call you to discuss the exam and their findings.  All cats must be in a carrier and dogs must be on a properly fitted leash and collar or harness for their safety.
  1. All tech appointments (blood draws, radiographs), surgery drop offs/pick-ups, pharmacy pick-ups, and food pick-ups will remain curbside.  Please call us when you arrive and we will be glad to assist you.

We ask for your understanding and patience as we are doing our best to take care of all our patients in a timely manner.  We have seen a significant increase in new pets as well as sick pets, therefore the demand for veterinary care has drastically increased.

Thank you for entrusting your pet’s health care needs to us!
